Stunning, comfy hotel in a perfect city-center spot with free parking, spacious rooms, great beds, and a generous breakfast; warm, attentive staff too. Spa is small/can feel crowded and dinner fell short of my expectations for 4* hotel restaurant (a few service/kitchen hiccups), though the team did try to makeup for it. If I ever pass by Loches again, I'll definitely return 😊
High end hotel with modern rooms - chain style. All very clean and comfortable. The spa was very small for the size of the hotel and a bit disappointing. All staff very young but service was good. Fantastic breakfast.
My wife has stayed here before with friends. We only stayed one night in early October but hotel rooms/bathrooms are beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Will use this hotel anytime we need somewhere to stay in this area.
Very modern and well maintained rooms. Excellent restaurant with wonderful service. Has the flavor popping steak tartare and a delicious twist on salmorejo.
Very pleasant experience with Ryan at the bar of the hotel. He knows the job, real sense of service, sensitive, delicate cocktails !
