We had a very good stay.
Everything was very good from the restaurant to the Spa.

++ Hotel very well located and nicely decorated
Our room was clean and spacious
Special mention for Emma at the spa, I have rarely had such a good massage..
And for the breakfast server who always has a pleasant word and is very professional.
However, we were really very disappointed:
- of certain people and their sense of welcome and service (the young blonde girl at breakfast, not smiling, who does not see the product shortages and who we had the impression of disturbing all week long.
And ESPECIALLY from an unpleasant young woman at the spa who asks us to leave the pool because my daughter is crying after almost drowning…)
the way it was done was very shocking for everyone present in the pool at the time.
- also disappointed by our last night, we were not aware that with the Easter holiday, there would be very loud music next to the hotel until 2 a.m. preventing us from sleeping...us and our daughters..

For a surprise it’s a surprise! Absolute faultless both in terms of staff and the establishment itself.
It would be tempting to talk about the unbeatable quality/price ratio but that would be to belittle everything else. Indeed, if you are a fan of Pullman and other luxury establishments, you will leave here satisfied and a little frustrated at having to leave.
