Attend the 2025 edition of the Hier & Aujourd'hui Festival
By deliberately harnessing the old and the new, the Hier & Aujourd'hui Festival continues its adventure. Against the backdrop of a polarising era, the works and artists programmed at the Hier & Aujourd'hui Festival convert the arbitrary antagonism of the new and the old into an ardent association.
This year, works by K. Penderecki, H. Gorecki and W. Rihm rub shoulders with Bach, Brahms, Janacek and Schubert.
On 17 July we'll be hearing the Lakmé Quartet, who will be in a quintet on 18 July with cellist Adrien Bellom, and on 19 July the Greenwich Trio will be performing solo, duets and trios.
For its 5th edition, the festival is inaugurating a new venue, the astonishing Halle Gustave Eiffel at the Château de Marolles.
